Print PrintThe skill of pinching cake flower is an intangible cultural heritage in Tiantai County, and the cake flowers are often used for banquet decoration. Liu Cunchang, chef of Tiantai hot spring villa, the inheritor of pinching cake flower, designed a cake flower of two Hehe immortals. He also designed a "Hehe banquet", in which all the dishes are derived from Tiantai Mountain's culture.
