In the tenth episode of A Gift from Taizhou, Robert Howard Rorrer from the United States visited Lantu, a company based in Sanmen county, where he explored the advanced production processes behind the city's high-performance outdoor jackets.

As one of Sanmen's largest producers of outdoor apparel, Lantu manufactures more than two million jackets annually, covering a range of products including school uniforms, workwear, and ski jackets. The company has gained strong market recognition in recent years due to its sharp understanding of consumer trends and innovative products.

Accompanied by Jin Lijun, Robert toured the factory's production lines and was impressed by its smart manufacturing systems and refined techniques. In the showroom, he tried on a variety of colorful and stylish designs, experiencing the brand's commitment to comfort and performance firsthand. He also took part in a high-pressure water test that highlighted the jackets' exceptional waterproof capabilities.

Robert eventually chose a lightweight jacket weighing only 200 grams as a gift for a friend. He praised Taizhou's manufacturing strength, saying the quality and innovation of locally made products greatly exceeded his expectations.
