Jiesheng Outdoor Sports Equipment Co in Taizhou, Zhejiang province, has recently been preparing large quantities of kites for overseas orders.

Since the onset of spring, the company's kites have become favored gear among outdoor lovers worldwide.

The company specializes in producing dual-line and quad-line kites, also known as stunt kites, which demand higher control proficiency from flyers.

Uncommon in China, stunt kites necessitate specific flying conditions and range from $3 to $50 based on quality and size.

"The sales season for stunt kites spans from March to October. Last year, our company saw a 41.9 percent increase in exports," said Huang Xuelian, the company's sales manager.

"Many of our products qualify for tariff preferences through certificates of origin that we can print at a nearby bank. It is very convenient," Huang added.

Since certificates of origin grant tariff preferences, Taizhou Customs has implemented an "e-printing" option, extending the self-printing service from the Customs declaration hall to banks. This move gives businesses, especially small and medium-sized ones, better access to the benefits of policies.

In response to the seasonal export upsurge, Taizhou Customs has initiated personalized guidance for enterprises, facilitating their expansion into overseas markets.
