An event celebrating intangible cultural heritage was held at Jiazhi Old Street in Taizhou, Zhejiang province, on March 16, attracting three international students from Taizhou University.
The event offered a mix of intangible cultural heritage cuisine, creative products, and hands-on experiences, providing a traditional cultural experience.
In the paper-cutting class, the students were impressed by the intricate skills of Yang Jibing, an intangible cultural heritage inheritor. Despite some initial difficulties, they created their own designs on red paper with his guidance.

The fan-making class featured delicate bark paper decorated with dried flowers, showing impressive craftsmanship. Each participant made unique fans, combining traditional techniques with their creative touch.
While exploring the intangible heritage market at Jiazhi Old Street, the students showed great interest in the various exhibits and engaged with the cultural offerings.
