QJMotor, based in Taizhou, Zhejiang province, has secured its position as the top exporter of motorcycles with mid-to-large displacement (250cc and above) in the first quarter of this year, according to the China Chamber of Commerce for Motorcycle.

In the first half of 2024, QJMotor reported a 54.44 percent surge in motorcycle exports, totaling 126,000 units, including 34,800 motorcycles with displacements of 250cc and above.

With a focus on product innovation and technological advancement, QJMotor has maintained its market dominance for the past 12 years in the domestic mid-to-large displacement motorcycle segment.

Jinlang Technology Co in Taizhou is also highly committed to research and development. Featuring racing-standard brake systems, heatable handlebars, or engine-generated warm air for the rider's legs, these motorcycles have become Jinlang's main tool of international expansion, with foreign trade accounting for 67 percent of its business.

Furthermore, QJMotor places a strong emphasis on participating in major international events. In 2023, the company sponsored the Moto GP event, becoming the first Chinese motorcycle brand to participate in Moto2 level races.

By deepening cooperation with international events, the company leverages event technologies to promote product development, aiming to further integrate into global motorcycle culture.

"The root of the motorcycle boom, whether domestic or international, lies in culture," said Wu Huacong, chairman of Jinlang Technology.

In August, Wu once again led motorcycle enthusiasts from countries including South Korea and Russia on a motorcycle journey through various locations.

This experience allowed the international participants to personally feel the allure of Jinlang's proprietary Ariic motorcycles. The brand has already established its presence in 25 countries worldwide.
