Taizhou captures attention at Global Digital Trade Expo

Print PrintThe 3rd Global Digital Trade Expo commenced in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, on Sept 25, featuring Taizhou Haile International Supply Chain Co and three affiliated enterprises from Taizhou, Zhejiang.
Haile Company showcased its digital supply chain management system for bulk commodity trade, highlighting its digital advancements in domestic and international trade and supply chains, aiming to bolster Taizhou's global presence.
In the afternoon, the Major Projects Signing Ceremony unfolded. Taizhou signed agreements for four projects, with investments totaling 15.6 billion yuan ($2.22 billion) and $60 million in foreign funds.
Among the signing enterprises, Tekaisi New Materials Co from Taizhou plans to establish a third-generation semiconductor upstream industry center in Xianju county. General Manager Han Yang expressed the company's commitment to driving the city's integration into the digital economy and contributing to the development of China's semiconductor industry.
Hangzhou Universal Ubiquitous Co, known for its early adoption of AI technology in smart city solutions, intends to build a smart IoT equipment manufacturing base in Wenling. "We chose Wenling because of the professional investment promotion work of the local government, the comprehensive services, and the complete supporting measures," explained Zhao Wuyue, chairman of the company.
