The Taizhou International Direct Sourcing Center welcomed over 400 international and domestic buyers on Sept 20, who engaged in direct procurement discussions with more than 100 local enterprises from Taizhou, Zhejiang province.

Various distinctive industrial products from Taizhou were displayed at the event, including daily commodities, motorcycles, electric vehicles, auto parts, and intelligent sanitary ware, showcasing the city's diverse manufacturing capabilities.

The event attracted over 100 international buyers from 41 countries and regions as well as over 300 domestic cross-border e-commerce professionals.

At the exhibition booth of Jinlang Technology Co, a buyer from Yemen showed strong interest in the high-powered motorcycles on display, impressed by their performance and innovative design. He expressed a desire to promote the products in the Middle East and Africa.

Jinlang Technology, a renowned motorcycle manufacturer in China, is actively seeking to expand into new markets, particularly in Africa. Deputy General Manager Miao Yundi emphasized the importance of seizing the opportunity to promote Taizhou's exceptional products globally.

Professor Zhao Haoxing from Zhejiang Gongshang University highlighted the event's significance. "This procurement event not only showcases Taizhou's high-quality manufacturing but also reflects the city's global outlook. It's a collaborative effort where the government provides a platform for businesses to excel internationally," Zhao said.
