Taizhou athlete clinches two golds at ISSF World Cup

Huang Yuting from Taizhou, Zhejiang province, together with her partner Sheng Lihao, defeated the Norwegian team in the 10m Air Rifle Mixed Team event on June 4, securing the third gold medal for the Chinese team during the International Shooting Sport Federation World Cup held in Munich, Germany.

In the Women's 10m Air Rifle event concluded on June 3, despite initially trailing behind a South Korean competitor, Huang managed to turn the tables and clinch the championship with a 0.1-point advantage.

Huang Yuting was born in 2006 in Huangyan district, Taizhou. She joined the Zhejiang shooting team in November 2020 and won the Women's 10m Air Rifle championship at the 2022 National Shooting Championships.

During the 19th Hangzhou Asian Games, she claimed three gold medals in the Women's 10m Air Rifle Team event, individual event, and mixed team event, breaking the Asian Games record in the individual event.
