29 Taizhou enterprises recognized nationally for IPR

Taizhou in East China's Zhejiang province has been nationally recognized for its strong commitment to protecting intellectual property rights.

A total of 29 enterprises from the city have received the recognition, with 8 being acknowledged as national intellectual property demonstration enterprises and 21 honored as national intellectual property advantageous enterprises.

This number is 20.83 percent higher than the previous year and a record high for the city. As it stands, Taizhou is now home to 20 national intellectual property demonstration enterprises and 50 national intellectual property advantageous enterprises.

In addition, 358 "little giant" enterprises in Taizhou have all obtained invention patents, solidifying their status as innovative leaders in the province. These enterprises have been honored with 42 Chinese patent awards and 24 provincial intellectual property awards.

"Little giants" are industry leaders recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology which possess exceptional innovation capabilities, substantial market shares, and core technologies and maintain high product quality and profitability.
