The torch relay for the Hangzhou Asian Games reached its seventh leg today as it arrived in Taizhou, East China's Zhejiang province.

Covering a distance of 8 kilometers, the relay route took participants on a remarkable journey starting at the Hehe Park and ending at the Taizhou Sports Park.

This leg of the relay included a diverse group of 170 torchbearers from various backgrounds, including workers, farmers and athletes, with ages ranging from 14 to 67.

The torch will continue its journey, making stops at Wenzhou, Lishui, Jinhua, and Quzhou before returning to Hangzhou on Sept 20 to complete its final leg.
