Wenling honored nationally for integrated urban-rural transportation development

Wenling, a county-level city in Taizhou, has been shortlisted to become a national demonstration county for integrated urban-rural transportation development, as announced by the Ministry of Transport.
Over the next two years, Wenling will strive to meet the requirements necessary to be designated as a demonstration county, further enhancing its integrated urban-rural transportation system.
With a rating of 5A and a development level score of 98.49, Wenling has successfully established an impressive integrated infrastructure system. This includes a well-connected railway network, efficient trunk road network, and reliable basic road network.
In addition, Wenling reached the significant milestone of providing universal access to public transportation in every village by the end of 2019. This achievement has greatly improved mobility and convenience for residents in both urban and rural areas.
To support the seamless flow of goods and services, Wenling has also made substantial progress in developing a comprehensive logistics service system. This includes the establishment of comprehensive logistics parks, professional logistics centers, and terminal distribution stations in residential communities and villages.
