Construction of a tourism resort themed on the Chinese cartoon series Boonie Bears is currently in full swing in Linhai, a county-level city in Taizhou.

To date, all its theme buildings have completed construction, with some large-scale amusement equipment being installed.

The resort, which is expected to open to visitors this year as scheduled, will have facilities such as a cartoon-themed camping site, a cinema, a water sports park, as well as an indoor skydiving base, which is the first of its kind constructed by its investor – Shenzhen-based Huaqiang Group.

Boonie Bears is a popular Chinese cartoon series shown on multiple Chinese websites and television stations. The series features two bears, Briar and Bramble, who try to stop Logger Vick from destroying their forest home.
