Seventeen homestays from Taizhou recently made the 2022 list of top three graded homestays in East China's Zhejiang province.

The annual list was compiled by the Zhejiang Assessment and Management Committee, which classifies homestays into the three levels: platinum, gold, and silver.

Homestays within the province are evaluated based on various aspects, including reception facilities, service quality, product innovation, and regional cultural inheritance.

Sanfuyizhai, a homestay situated on Ziyang Street in the county-level city of Linhai, was rated as a platinum-level homestay. It is the only homestay in Taizhou to receive the honor.

A homestay named Tuxiu in Taizhou's Xianju county was listed among gold-level homestays.

There were 15 homestays, including Buyunting homestay in Jiaojiang district and Xifeishangu homestay in the county-level city of Wenling, that received a silver rating.

In addition, three homestays from Taizhou made the list of homestays themed on culture and intangible cultural heritages.
