The 20th China (Zhejiang) Plastics Exhibition & Conference concluded in Taizhou, East China's Zhejiang province on Oct 18.

A total of 650 companies in the plastics industry from across the nation participated in the four-day event, which attracted nearly 36,000 visitors.

This year was the fifth time for Taizhou Imant Commodity Co Ltd to attend the fair. The company, which is a member of the Taizhou Plastics Industry Association, showcased a wide range of products spanning kitchenware, bathroom accessories, and daily necessities.

During the four-day event, Imant secured more than 50 agreements of intention online, according to Luo Bangjie, the company’s general manager.

Guangdong Topstar Technology Co Ltd, an enterprise providing integrated smart manufacturing, R&D, sales, and services in industrial robotics, was another regular participant in the event.

Official statistics show that Taizhou, the host city of the event, is home to more than 10,000 plastic production enterprises and over 2,000 mold producers.

Zhang Ruirong, an employee at Topstar, said that he was bullish on the Taizhou market and hoped to expand the company's presence in the city.

The event, which has been held every year since 2001, has grown to become a significant platform for cooperation and exchanges in the plastic sector in China.
