Plum blossoms recently entered their glorious flowering period across areas administered byTaizhou in East China's Zhejiang province. The following are some of the best places to admire them: 

Changcheng Meiyuan Garden in Linhai

The garden is among the most favorite destinations for enthusiasts to admire the ravishing plum blossoms in Linhai, a county-level city in Taizhou. It is now home to more than 200 plum trees, with over 11 varieties. To top it off, the impressive and well-preserved buildings are also something that visitors shouldn't miss.

Donghui Park in Wenling

Donghui Park -situated in the downtown area of Wenling, a county-level city in Taizhou - is also renowned for its plum flowers. The Donghui Pavilion, a landmark building in the city, is also well worth a look and visitors will marvel at its structural complexity.

Guoqing temple in Tiantai

Established during the Sui Dynasty (581-618), the Guoqing Temple in Tiantai county is the birthplace of China's Tiantai school of Buddhism. More than 600 ancient buildings are lined along four south-north axes in the temple grounds, which also houses a 1,300-year-old plum tree, one of the three oldest in China.

Meihua Mountain in Sanmen 

More than 4,000 plum trees have been flowering on Meihua Mountain in Sanmen county administered by Taizhou. The absence of crowds makes it an ideal place for those yearning for tranquility, while they admire the splendors of the early spring scenes.
