Routes to admire spring views in Taizhou

Print PrintTourism is on the mend in Taizhou, as the city recently announced that its 75 A-level scenic attractions will be open to all visitors for free by the end of April.
The following are some recommended places to admire spring views in the city.
1. Jishan Island
Located in eastern Yuhuan, a county-level city in Taizhou, Jishan Island is renowned for its unique residential architecture style. Most houses on the island are made of uniformly-colored stones. It has been dubbed the "Potala Palace on the Sea".

2. Guoqing Temple- Chicheng Mountain- Hou'an village
This is an ideal sightseeing route for visitors to admire blooming spring flowers in Tiantai, a county-level city in Taizhou.
Currently, there are wide stretches of rapeseed flowers in full bloom at Guoqing Temple, which was built in the Sui Dynasty (581-618) and is the birthplace of the Tiantai Sect of Chinese Buddhism.
Moving on, visitors can immerse themselves in the Chinese redbud blossoms and peach blossoms at the following two stops.
In Hou'an village, peach trees covering an area of 500 mu (33.3 hectares) are in full bloom. All homestays in the village have reopened, offering places for visitors to rest.
