Taizhou will launch a government service platform for businesses across the city on Friday, a press conference announced.

The platform will enable companies to seek help or lodge complaints via five different channels, namely, hotline (96871), WeChat (tz96871), website (tz.96871.com.cn), mailbox (tz96871@163.com) and brick-and-mortar service windows for enterprises across the city including counties and county-level cities administered by Taizhou.

Taizhou achieved robust economic growth in 2018 with private companies as primary contributors.

The move comes as part of local authorities' efforts to better serve companies and help them cope with problems including sluggish market, finance difficulties and transformation.

Taizhou will take company service satisfaction levels into account when conducting appraisals of departments and officials, a local official said.
