The fourth session of the fifth Taizhou Municipal People's Congress closed on Jan 16. Comrade Zhang Xiaoqiang was elected mayor of the Taizhou Municipal People's Government. Comrade Zhang Jiabo was elected director of the Taizhou Municipal Supervisory Committee.
