The Sino-Dutch joint venture Huaqiao Hotel Linhai is a garden-style business hotel designed and built up to five-star standard, with a total investment of $51.8 million.

The hotel is close to Linghu Lake in the Linhai Development Zone, Taizhou, East China’s Zhejiang province, not far away from a sports center. 

The hotel covers an area of 83 mu (55,333 square meters). It has 380 deluxe rooms including standard rooms, lake-view rooms and suites, an international conference hall, an underground parking lot, along with an indoor swimming pool, a tennis court, a gym, a spa and other recreation facilities. Dining options here include Chinese, Western and Japanese cuisines.
